PyTivo
PyTivo is a small python script that listens to rss streams containing bittorrent references. If they match your keywords, it downloads the torrent and launches it in a program of your choice.
You have to unpack the zip file and setup the settings.txt. Most sections are self explanatory. If you know any more sources of rss streams with torrents, let me know.
The rules section is simply a list of names:rule lines, where rule can be a regular expression or just a fragment you want in the title/filename.

We're putting together a Creatively Commoned Cablecastable Media Community using Drupal, BitTorrent, and RSS (digitalbicycle.org) and this might be a great script to set your member cable access stations up with. Thanks.
